Admin Panel. Reporting
The Reporting section provides FI users with dashboards that track client engagement with the Business Analytics platform, and is intended to help monitor how clients are using the system, identify opportunities for support, and measure overall adoption.
Access to this section requires the Reporting role.
Reporting is divided into several tabs:
- Client Engagement shows aggregated and daily statistics on new client registrations, onboarding progress and app connections.
- Client Details displays the list of all clients in the system with their basic profile information and engagement details (registration date, app connections).
- Insights Engagement provides daily statistics on insight interactions across all clients.
Each dashboard supports sorting and exporting of data for deeper analysis:
- Click on table headers to sort the data by columns.
- Where available, click >> in the Client Card column to open the client's card.
- Use the kebab menu (â‹®) on charts to export data in Excel or CSV format.
