Admin Panel. Customize
The Customize section allows FI Administrators to configure the look and behavior of the client-facing Business Health Dashboard, including colors, widget intro screens, onboarding steps, dashboard tiles, and special features.
All changes apply globally to the Business Health Dashboard for all client users once saved.

Colors
The General frame of the Customize section allows adjusting the color scheme for charts and interface elements to match your institution’s branding:
- Data Visualization – chart and graph colors.
- Components – interface elements such as icons, buttons, warnings, and alerts (refer to 🛈 tooltips next to each color for details on its usage).
Click the color element to edit it, then click Save to apply the changes.
To revert to default colors, click Reset.
Widget Intro Screens
The Web-Components frame of the Customize section allows customizing the Intro Screens that appear when a client first interacts with specific dashboard widgets, explaining the purpose of the widget and providing onboarding guidance:
- Select the widget (component) you want to configure.
- Click + Add to create a new intro screen.
- Click the Edit (pencil) icon next to the entry and enter Title, Text, and upload an Image for the screen, then click Apply.
- Reorder intro screens using drag-and-drop.
- (Optional) Enter custom CTA text for the call-to-action button.
- Use the Auto-slide toggle to enable or disable automatic rotation of the Intro Screens.
Click Save to apply the changes.
To revert to default Intro Screen configurations, click Reset.
Onboarding Steps
The Onboarding steps frame of the Customize section allows configuring the onboarding flow that guides new clients through connecting apps and setting up their dashboard:
- Use the checkboxes next to onboarding steps to activate or deactivate them.
- Use the toggles to mark steps as Required if they must be completed by the client (i.e. disabling the Skip button for the step).
- Reorder steps using drag-and-drop.
Click Save to apply the changes.
To revert to default configurations, click Reset. (Note: this will reset the configurations for the entire Business Health frame.)
Tiles and Features
The Tiles and Features frames of the Customize section allow managing the general layout of the Business Health Dashboard:
- Use the checkboxes next to tiles to show/hide them.
- Reorder tiles using drag-and-drop.
- Use the Features checkboxes to enable or disable additional dashboard options:
- Demo Mode – provides sample dashboard data for demonstration.
- Health Score – displays the client’s business health score on each tile.
- Security Footer on Onboarding – adds a security notice during onboarding.
