Admin Panel. Portfolio Analytics
The Portfolio Analytics section provides FI users with a portfolio-level view of all SMB clients, and is designed to support monitoring, segmentation, risk management and cross-selling by consolidating key indicators across the client base.
Access to this section requires the Portfolio Analytics role.
Portfolio Analytics is divided into several tabs, each offering a different perspective on client performance:
- External Cash Accounts – provides visibility into clients’ cash holdings across external FIs (based on connected external accounts).
- External Credit Accounts – lists client borrowing and obligations outside the FI (based on connected external accounts).
- Potential Churn – highlights clients at risk of disengagement or attrition by identifying clients with newly opened and/or high activity accounts at external FIs, as well as clients with low-activity domiciled accounts.
- Risk Distribution – provides an overview of portfolio risk exposure by segment, industry, and credit rating (based on connected business credit score).
Each dashboard supports filtering, sorting, and exporting of data for deeper analysis:
- Use filters at the top of the page to refine the data by the relevant criteria for each dashboard.
- Click data points in charts to apply cross-filters to the dashboard.
- Click on table headers to sort the data by columns.
- Where available, click client names in tables to open their Client Card.
- Use the kebab menu (â‹®) on charts to export data in Excel or CSV format.
Example Use Cases
- Identify clients holding large balances at external institutions and target them with competitive deposit offers.
- Review external loan obligations to evaluate overall exposure and propose refinancing solutions.
- Detect early warning signs of churn, such as reduced balances or increased use of external accounts.
- Segment risk across industries to inform credit policy and portfolio strategy.
