Admin Panel Overview
The UPTIQ Admin Panel serves as the primary administration tool for the Business Analytics Dashboard and Widgets, enabling FI users to monitor and analyze the client portfolio, and manage system settings and configurations.
The Admin Panel is accessible as a standalone web page and requires a separate user account. Please contact UPTIQ support for setting up initial Admin Panel accounts for your organization.
Accessing the Admin Panel
When a new user is added in the Admin Panel, the system sends a confirmation email to the user.
If you don’t receive the confirmation email, check your spam folder. If you still experience problems with the confirmation email, please contact UPTIQ support for a direct link and login credentials. After your first login, you can update the credentials.
